★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ran it for 4 hours before it stopped functioning. I had to dismantle the entire motor compartment to diagnose the problem. But there was no problem with the motor. The machine is poorly designed. The drive shaft that spins the tumbler connects via a square sleeve and is held to the shaft by a tiny set screw. The set screw is round, the drive shaft is round. It only took a few hours for the set screw to unseat and the tumbler stopped spinning. If the drive shaft had a flat spot or a hole to keep the set screw from becoming unseated it wouldnt break. Any other place a set screw is used there is a flat spot or a receiving hole for it to seat into. A lazy design. For a thousand dollar keef box I would like a little more effort. Not an easy problem to diagnose. Luckily I fixed mine. ------- update... .it ran for another day before breaking again. My original fix was to grind a flat spot on the drive shaft but that didnt hold the set screw for more then 24hours. I was forced to drill a hole in the stainless steel drive shaft which was a pain in the ass. The set screw now sits very snuggly in the drive shaft. It shouldn't be this hard. This machine is a toy. If you are going to charge 1300$ for a tiny chinese motor and some silk screen at least have the integrity to create a design that doesn't break after 1 day. Junk

Since my order i never received a payment confirmation, after a few days i contacted them by phone, the guy on the phone noted that there was a delay and he forgot to send out the emails and said he would still send them out, till this day never received the email or message about the delay. Its a week later now and still dont know nothing about my order…
