Deze mannen konden het oplossen. Er werd goed meegedacht en geadviseerd. Aan het eind van de dag draaide alles weer! Helemaal top. A failure on Friday afternoon. A pump broke. Always annoying. Heeft alle pompen op voorraad en kan dus altijd heel snel leveren. Na zijn advies nog een extra tussenstuk erbij gekocht voor het beter kunnen spoelen van de pomp. Heel erg bedankt! Ordered yesterday, delivered today in Amsterdam. What a kind man! Had a nice conversation. Has all pumps in stock and can therefore always deliver very quickly. Net voor het weekend gaat mijn rioolpomp kapot, d.w.z. hij pompt wel, maar het rioolwater stroomt meteen weer terug in de pomp. Gebeld met Pompwacht BV. Marcel van Pompwacht adviseert mij op basis van een aantal foto's, die ik hem heb gestuurd een nieuwe pomp voor 1900 euro aan te schaffen. Na het weekend zal de monteur hem komen installeren. Die komt inderdaad, maar heeft geen pomp bij zich. De monteur stelt vast dat de door Marcel geadviseerde pomp niet past, maar dat er ook helemaal geen nieuwe pomp nodig is, omdat de pomp helemaal niet kapot is, alleen de keerklep is kapot. Die hebben ze op voorraad. Daarna drie weken lang door Marcel aan het lijntje gehouden. Als je hem belt, heeft hij meestal een voicemail aanstaan. Terugbellen doet hij niet. Al die tijd konden wij het toilet en de douche niet gebruiken. Na drie weken wachten de klep uiteindelijk door een ander bedrijf laten monteren. Aan mijn verzoek om het geld voor de niet geleverde pomp terug te storten wordt niet voldaan. Pas als ik dreig met aangifte wegens oplichting wordt het geld teruggestort. Na wat zoeken bij Marcel van Pompwacht terecht gekomen, die niet te beroerd was om telefonisch de juiste aanwijzingen te geven zodat de pomp weer kon draaien.
