N	Nadir on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld en gevraagd naar informatie over een auto. De mevrouw aan de lijn zei dat ik snel teruggebeld zou worden. Vervolgens vroeg ik: hoe snel? Dit zou dan binnen 30 min zijn. Nooit meer wat van gehoord. Called and asked for information about a car. The lady on the line said I would be called back soon. Then I asked: how fast? This would be within 30 minutes. Never heard of it again.
V	Valentijn Greuter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit bedrijf verdient echt 5 sterren! Onze auto was net uit de garantie toen we contact opnamen over het roesten van onze autodeur. Er werd echt actief contact met ons gehouden en het probleem werd vanuit service voor ons opgelost. Ook toen ik de auto kwam ophalen kreeg ik mee dat de auto in de ochtend een raar geluid maakte en ze het defecte onderdeel ook meteen kosteloos hadden vervangen. Echt onwijs dankbaar voor de service van Pon. De werknemers zijn vriendelijk en denken echt met je mee. Zeker een aanrader!! This company really deserves 5 stars! Our car was just out of warranty when we contacted about our car door rusting. There was really active contact with us and the problem was solved for us from service. Even when I came to pick up the car, I was informed that the car made a strange noise in the morning and they had also replaced the defective part free of charge. Really grateful for Pon's service. The employees are friendly and really think along with you. Highly recommended!!

Had een 5e ster gekregen wanneer een gebrek waarvan ik vind dat het garantie zou moeten zijn ook als zodanig erkend zou worden. Vraag mij af of deze specifieke vestiging daar invloed op heeft. Vandaar de 4 sterren. Mooi bedrijf. The service employee makes you feel welcome. Car is in good hands here. Would have been given a 5th star if a defect that I think should be a warranty would also be recognized as such. I wonder if this specific location has an influence on that. Hence the 4 stars. Nice company.
F	Fam Renselaar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ben verkeerd ingelicht inzake onderhoudshistorie voor het aanschaffen van een mooie occasion die particulier te koop werd aangeboden. Bij het verzamelen van informatie werd door Pon gemeld dat het voertuig nog ruim binnen de grote beurt zat, maar wel een klein beurtje nodig had. Na de auto gekocht te hebben en ik deze aanbood voor de (kleine) beurt, bleek het voertuig toch groot onderhoud te behoeven. Heb dus achteraf te veel betaald voor dit voertuig , door verkeerde informatie te hebben verkregen. Heeft mij ruim 1200,- gekost. I have been misinformed about maintenance history for purchasing a beautiful used car that was offered for sale privately. When collecting information, it was reported by Pon that the vehicle was still well within the major service, but that it needed a small service. After having bought the car and I offered it for the (small) turn, the vehicle turned out to require major maintenance. So afterwards paid too much for this vehicle, by having obtained wrong information. Cost me over $1200.

The gentleman with whom I talked from the beginning of the conversation was not interested in selling the car I chose.the car would be bought in leasning on the company, after the initial conversation he said that I could not buy it through leasing because I do not have a Dutch passport and a Dutch driving license. I asked if I could only come see the car and drive it,He said I could come but I couldn't take a ride until I got the lease papers.Who buys a car that cannot be driven before buying? I asked if they could book a car for me, but he replied that he would not bother me because he would not wait a week for lease papers and the car would not stand that long. I told the shop assistant over the phone that this is the first time that I cannot drive and reserve a car in VW showroom (this is not my first car bought at the VW showroom), what he answer to me ,to find a car and buy it elsewhere !!!!!! The employee of this department was not nice and rude. I think each salon is fighting for a customer and wants to buy a car from them, and come back in the future, apparently only not in the PON Barneveld!!!! I definitely do not recommend this car dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
D	Daniel Lewandowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review to thank the staff of this establishment for their extraordinary help on Friday, 9/7/2021. I got a nasty flat tire that evening while on a long travel back home. A large screw punctured it and in an act of desperation I decided to slowly drive to the nearest VW group dealership in Barneveld. My hopes were low as it was 18:30 already when I got there and was expecting to see the gate closed. Fortunately, the sales team was still there and to my surprise they got out of their nice suits and started repairing the tire! I wanted to sincerely thank everyone involved for it, not dismissing me and asking to come back next day. I managed to get back to Poland that very same night with the tire fixed pro bono! This is a highly appreciated service and can wholeheartedly recommend it.
