β β β β β Poort 6 onze woningbouw vereniging. Hoop niet dat elke verhuurder zo met zijn huurders omgaat. Mijn combi ketel deed het niet vaak gewaarschuwd dat ik in de kou zat. Eindelijk kwam er een monteur vond niets lag aan mij ? Nee dus bij een volgende controle was de belangrijke 3 weg klep kapot . Waardoor de ketel meer capaciteit moest verbruiken om het juiste resultaat te behalen . Eind resultaat 800 euro bij betalen bij de Eneco !!! IK DUS. LAAT DAT EVEN DUIDELIJK ZIJN . MET EEN KLEIN INKOMENTJE . NOG NIET EENS SAMEN DELEN HE ! ZO ONEERLIJK . MAAR ALSOF DAT NIET GENOEG IS , heeft men bij de renovatie blijkbaar heeeel vreemd blijkbaar als enige mijn electriciteitsnet van uit de jaren 50 die heden in alarm staat verkeerd vergeten te vernieuwen . Althans dat heeft een erkend technisch installateur mij in paniek verteld . Ik zou er de inspectie bij halen zei hij.Maar wie wil nou ruzie met zijn woningbouw ver. IK niet !!! Dus vroeg hem Poort 6 te bellen !!! Na een uur bellen zei hij zeiden ze gewoon NOU , WIJ DOEN ER NIETS MEE HET MOET MAAR !!!??? Dus als er kortsluiting ontstaat en er breekt brand uit dan komt hen dat eigenlijk wel goed uit ? En een in de rook gestikte verkoolde Mw.Peters ach het mot maar he ?? Volgende keer is het een ander gezin met kindjes. Want er zijn zo meer huizen.

BUT AS IF THAT IS NOT ENOUGH, apparently during the renovation, people seem to have forgotten to renew my electricity grid from the 1950s that is currently in alarm. At least that is what a recognized technical installer told me in a panic. I would add the inspection, he said. But who wants to argue with his house far. Not me !!! So asked him to call Port 6 !!! After an hour of calling he said they just said NOU, WE DO NOTHING IT MUST BUT !!! ??? So if a short circuit occurs and a fire breaks out, does that really work out for them? And a charred Mw.Peters stitched in smoke, oh well, moth but hey? Next time it will be a different family with children. Because there are more houses.

Been registered for 7 years but still no chance of a house. Goes very unfair.

β β β β β Geweldig goed geholpen door de receptioniste , zij heeft het werk van de mevrouw die het project begeleid gedaan omdat die niet bereikbaar was.
Huurders poort 6 blij gemaakt met dode mus.
In november ga ik in op een aanbod voor zonnepanelen, na wat telefoontjes wordt de meterkast op 17 december aangepast. De panelen komen eind januari. HELAAS, dit kan niet doorgaan. In Gorinchem broeden de vogels veel eerder dan elders, van 1 februari tot 31 augustus . Volgens de wet natuurbescherming is het broedseizoen van 15 maart tot 15 augustus. De huismus van eind maart tot in augustus (bron: vogelbescherming) en de zwaluw van van half mei tot begin augustus. Alleen de blauwe reiger en de bosuil leggen in februari een ei, niet te hopen dat die onder mijn dakpannen zitten.

Only the blue heron and the tawny owl lay an egg in February, hope they are not under my roof tiles.
