R	Richard Finke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij zijn totaal niet tevreden over de zwemlessen bij popping. Ons kind was lange tijd ziek wij vroegen van te voren of de zwemlessen konden worden verschoven. Helaas de helft van de lessen konden wij op onze buik schrijven. Ook als je op vakantie gaat of tijdens feestdagen ben je gewoon de helft van de lessen kwijt. In vergelijking met anderen zijn ze duur en totaal niet flexibel. We are not at all satisfied with the swimming lessons with popping. Our child was sick for a long time and we asked in advance if swimming lessons could be postponed. Unfortunately we were able to write half of the lessons on our stomach. Even when you go on holiday or during holidays you just lose half of the lessons. In comparison with others, they are expensive and not flexible at all.
M	Monique Crost on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik vind het een mooi zwembad lekker warm water. Alleen de kleedkamer is erg warm, misschien kunnen jullie daar nog iets mee doen. I think it's a nice pool nice warm water. Only the changing room is very warm, maybe you can do something with that.
M	Marjan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De 1e keer weer sporten, dat voel je wel weer, maar begeleiding is goed en vriendelijk. Alle persoonsleden zijn vriendelijk. Dus heb me opgegeven voor eerst 10 weken. Groetjes marjan The first time you exercise again, you will feel that again, but guidance is good and friendly. All persons are friendly. So I signed up for the first 10 weeks. Greetings Marjan
E	Esther Blonk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onze zoon heeft elders het A diploma gehaald, overgestapt naar Popping voor B diploma gehaald vanwege en dankzij toegewijde zwemjuf. Het C diploma is niet haalbaar vanwege zijn beperkingen. Bij opzeggen lidmaatschap wordt opeens met voorwaarden gesmeten en niet genoten lessen door de neus geboord. Coulance, inleving zijn kwaliteiten die de eigenaar niet bezit. Het draait alleen op het geld. De 2 sterren zijn absoluut voor de zwemjuffrouw, ze zou er eigenlijk 5 moeten krijgen...maar de administratie drukt het algemene beeld. Geen aanbeveling waardig. Our son has obtained the A diploma elsewhere, switched to Popping for B diploma because of and thanks to a dedicated swimming teacher. The C diploma is not achievable due to its limitations. When you cancel your membership, you are suddenly thrown with conditions and lessons you have not taken are drilled through the nose. Courtesy, empathy are qualities that the owner does not possess. It's all about the money. The 2 stars are absolutely for the swimming lady, she should actually get 5 ... but the administration prints the general picture. Not worthy of a recommendation.
G	Geert Sanders on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stoffige en gedateerde sportschool. Tevens te duur in vergelijking met anderen. Te warme sportzaal door onderliggend zwembad en platdak ook geen zonwering voor de ramen. Wel heel rustig met goede begeleiding. Dusty and dated gym. Also too expensive compared to others. The gym is too warm due to the underlying swimming pool and flat roof, and no sun protection for the windows. Very calm with good guidance.

Ik heb mijn zoon weer opgegeven voor zwemles in maart na de lockdown, later in juli contact gezocht m.b.t. instromen en probeer nu al vanaf augustus hierover contact te krijgen. Zo wel per mail als telefonisch. Inmiddels is mij al minstens drie keer toegezegd dat ik teruggebeld zou worden. Tot op heden wacht ik nog op dit telefoontje. Inmiddels wil ik niet verder bij jullie, maar ik heb nog een aantal lessen (wel betaald!) openstaan. Ik wil u vriendelijk, doch dringend verzoeken om mij terug te bellen. Ik vind het schandalig dat ik steeds afgewimpeld word, en niemand netjes terug belt. Ik probeer al maanden tot contact en een oplossing te komen. Lessen zijn betaald, het geld is binnen, de klantvriendelijkheid helaas ver te zoeken. I've been calling back and forth since the May holiday about the catch-up lessons I still have. I gave up my son again for swimming lessons in March after the lockdown, contacted later in July regarding influx and have been trying to get in touch about this since August. Both by email and by phone. I have already been promised at least three times that I would be called back. To this day I am still waiting for this call. In the meantime I don't want to continue with you, but I still have a number of lessons (paid!) open. I kindly but urgently request you to call me back. I think it's outrageous that I keep getting turned away and nobody calls back properly. I've been trying to get in touch and find a solution for months. Lessons have been paid, the money has been received, the customer-friendliness is unfortunately hard to find.

De email is verzonden. Helaas geen reactie. Mijn 6-jarige zoon heeft 4 dagen later les en hij wordt ook slecht behandeld door dezelfde zwemcoach. We hebben besloten de zwemlessen stop te zetten ondanks het betalen van de A B C diplomakosten via LERGELD Very bad place. My 9 year old daughter is bullied and humiliated by her swimming coach. Unfortunately we were unable to reach the administration. The email has been sent. Unfortunately no response. My 6 year old son has lessons 4 days later and he is also treated badly by the same swim coach. We have decided to stop swimming lessons despite paying the A B C diploma costs via LERGELD
