★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A psychologist who only gives advice based on your inputs (no good psychologist will EVER tell you what to do directly, their job is to make you think not give you instructions). I came in expecting to learn more about how to handle myself, learn more about my psyche and explore my mind. What I got was a playbook of "do this, do that" shortly after which the psychologist suggested I just go on meds
If you're looking for a step by step guide without further justification, this might be a place for you. If you want to find out more about your mental state and have an introspective conversation with a professional, look further. I was charged 300+ euros for the 2 mediocre therapy sessions, I was infuriated and my condition definitely worsened after this experience.
