Komen afspraken niet na en bij lekages komen ze pas over een week omdat het niet levensbedrijgend is, opmerkelijk dat het beleid van een ziekenhuis overnemen. Klantenservice is er niet, een boodschappendienst zit er voor de sier met hun grappige naam.
