Meerdere malen gebeld brievenbus opgeblazen door vuurwerk, vanaf december nieuwjaar en tot heden niet gemaakt. The service is crappy. Portal does not take you seriously. Several times called letterbox blown up by fireworks, from December New Year and not made to date.

Ik heb een onderhoudsabonnement en ze kwamen kijken en twee dagen later de gaten in de kruipruimte en de kelder dichtmaken met speciaal antimuizenkit. Muizen gaan daar niet aan knagen want ze vinden het vies. ik vermoed/hoop dat het geen gif is maar bv eucayptus of munt want daar houden muizen ook niet van. En als ik bel moet ik soms lang wachten of later terug bellen. Maar altijd wordt ik vriendelijk geholpen I am happy with how the portal helps combat the nuisance caused by mice in my house. Kan je ook besmet raken via de telefoon dan? Belachelijk voor een woningcorporatie van dit formaat. Door corona wordt ons gebouw niet meer schoongemaakt door de schoonmakers van Portaal, maar we blijven allemaal wel betalen voor schoonmaakkosten en blijven ze maar de huren verhogen. Schandalig. Portal is always unreachable. The telephone numbers rarely or never work and you will not receive an answer to emails. According to them this is due to "corona" ... Can you also get infected by telephone? Ridiculous for a housing association of this size. Magoed in die 5 jaar dat ik hier nu woon heb ik en de buuren nog noot een glasen waser gezien die de rammen 1 keer in het halfjaar aan de buiten kant bij ons komt schoonmaaken en of zeemen en dat is pas niet normaal. Ik denk dat ik dat ook maar is gaat doen 1of 2 keer perjaar de huur gewoon niet betaalt aan PORTAAL wand hun kommen toch de afspraken niet naa dan doe ik dat ook maar niet mij afspreken naa tekomen die ik gemaakt heb met hun(portaal).
