Authentic preparation of the pizza. Excellent quality, perfect hygiene, good taste, fast and friendly, come weekly. This is why the best pizzeria in town.

Bestel tijd opgegeven wat iets later werd maar ik werd op tijd gebeld met de reden van uitloop waardoor het prima was! Ik nog bestel nog een keer bij Portofino express. Super tasty pizzas! Really Italian style. Delivery sometimes takes a bit long, but if you order on time, this is really no problem! Order time specified which was a little later but I was called on time with the reason for delay so it was fine! I still order again from Portofino express.

Al de keren dat we een bestelling hebben geplaatst is het mis gegaan. Extra toevoegingen op de pizzas worden niet goed gelezen ook sauzen worden niet goed bijgeleverd. Erg zonde want de kwaliteit van de pizzas is goed. Ze proberen het nog goed te maken met tiramisu maar dat lusten we helemaal niet. Nieuwe pizza onze kant op sturen duurt ook bijna 1 uur. (is dat zo snel mogelijk???) Haal de extra toevoegingen van jullie website en stel iemand aan die aandachtig de bestellingen controleert voordat het de deur uit gaat! Zorgt voor minder ontevreden klanten en je hoeft maar 1x bij klanten langs! Denk dat dat een beter verdien model is dan wat nu de standaard is! Jammer! We will never order there again and advise others to state very clearly what you ordered, especially the extras! All the times we placed an order it went wrong. Extra additions to the pizzas are not read properly, and sauces are not supplied properly. A shame because the quality of the pizzas is good. They are still trying to make up for it with tiramisu but we don't like that at all. Sending new pizza our way also takes almost 1 hour. (is that as soon as possible ???) Get the extra add-ons from your website and appoint someone to carefully check orders before they go out! Ensures fewer dissatisfied customers and you only have to visit customers once! Think that's a better earnings model than what is now the standard! Unfortunately!

Echt heerlijk gegeten! Ordered here for the first time today. The pizzas were super tasty and still warm! Which unfortunately does not work with many other pizzarias, because of the far distance. Really delicious meal!

Normaliter zouden wij in het gezellige, prachtig italiaans uitziende restaurant zitten waar de familie zich uit de naad werkt om een ieder op zijn wenken te bedien met heerlijk italiaans eten. Ondanks dat dat niet kon hebben wij thuis genoten van perfecte pizza's met lekker stokbrood. Deze familie weet hoe ze het heerlijke italiaanse eten aan de man moeten brengen. 1 woord PERFETTO! hopelijk tot snel weer in het gezellige italiaanse restaurant??☕?graci! 2nd day of Christmas got 4 delicious pizzas at the toppers, Portefino Express in Alkmaar. Normally we would sit in the cozy, beautiful Italian-looking restaurant where the family works hard to serve everyone with delicious Italian food. Although that was not possible, we enjoyed perfect pizzas with delicious baguettes at home. This family knows how to sell delicious Italian food. 1 word PERFETTO!
