★ ★ ★ ★ ★ helaas loopt de communicatie bijzonder stroef.
In november een BeHa besteld, bleek foutief op de website te staan dat er een lange levertijd zou zijn.
Na wat heen-en-weer mailen duidelijk gemaakt dat ik als klant andere info zag dan de verkoper zelf.
Dat leek netjes opgelost door het versturen van een (goedkoper) alternatief.
Het verschil in aankoopprijs zou verrekend worden.
Echter, het alternatief zat niet goed, deze heb ik geretourneerd.
Dit ook per mail laten weten.
Er is mij niet gemaild dat deze niet was aangekomen.
Begin januari weer contact gehad, of er met balansen iets naar boven zou zijn gekomen, daarop heb ik nooit meer contact gehad.
Telefonisch geen contact gekregen.
En nog steeds heb ik het verschil in verrekening niet terug gehad.
Ik vind de communicatie dus echt zeer moeizaam verlopen helaas.
Om die reden raad ik dit bedrijf af.

That seemed neatly resolved by sending a (cheaper) alternative.
The difference in purchase price would be settled.
However, the alternative was not right, I returned it.
Also let us know by email.
I was not emailed that it had not arrived.
I had contact again at the beginning of January, whether anything would have come up with balances, I have never had contact again.
No contact by phone.
And I still have not received the difference in settlement back.
So I think the communication is really very difficult unfortunately.
For that reason I do not recommend this company.
