One always gets personal feedback on comments and questions raised by the course teachers. I mistakenly pressed yes to a program I did not want to purchase and I have not gotten a response for three days. I have not downloaded any content nor will I in the future as I did not want this program, yet I have no response from your company. You claim you will give a refund if not satisfied and clearly I am not. I do not want this program and have not heard back from you for three days. Please honor your claim to a refund. Even given a misunderstanding in your cart.
