Wery nice lady working there was speaking to me dutch,but cuze im not from here my dutch is not wery well.Any way the lady working there was friendly and understanding.Can't say it about black man working there.
When i said something in dutch,he started to laugh cuze i said something incorrect in Dutch.Making fun of a customer is not very professional.
I regard this behavior as a lack of respect for the client.
