★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs here are very professional and friendly. This place could handle large parcels. Hoped that its opening hours were bit longer especially on zaterdag, but it must not be their fault.. Thanks for all the help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible opening hours, difficult to park,. Thanks a lot PostNL to move PO Boxes to this super super inconvenient place. Only positive point is that at least the staff is very friendly and helpful, hence I increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars.

EDIT: Upgraded to 2 stars, as it really depends on the staff and what day it is (I assume they experience quite some stress when it's busy). Nevertheless, rather than asking customers to please stand left or right, they order you to move and do as they say. Also, they requested 50 cents per piece of cellotape used. When I had to wait for 5 minutes for the Post NL systems to hopefully register my parcel, they ordered me to wait outside in the back of the queue (that was 10 long at this point) as they would get in big trouble if a person (wearing a mask and keeping his distance, mind you) would be in their place for longer than 15 min. Utter bs and just writing this makes me wonder what on earth i've just spent 5 minutes extra on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a notification from Post nl at home that my packet was delivered here from abroad . I went to the office only to find out that thye cannot find my package. I came back a second time as intructed and told me (different person) that it is probably not yet delivered and that i should come back in few days. Went back few days later to tell me that my package was most probably sent back...although they could not find it. Stuff freindly, but not proffessionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had several negative experiences with this branch. Many of my parcels did not arrive at its destination and took over one month to be returned to me.
My latest experience was the tip of the iceberg. My parcel was registered with the wrong size & weight and according to its tracking code never left the office. PostNL started an investigation but could not find it. When I approached the owner of this branch and asked if the parcel could have been accidentally thrown away or lost in the office, he refused to help and assured me that it must have left the branch. He didn't even spent a few minutes looking for it.
I will never go back to this place. The content of my parcel had high sentimental value for me. Lost because of incompetent employees. Shame on postNL and especially on this branch!
