Aber was mich immer häufiger nervt: Man bringt sein Paket morgens vor 11 Uhr dorthin und dann liegt es über einen ganzen Tag dort rum. Erst am nächsten Tag so gegen 15:30 Uhr kommt es an seiner ersten Sortier-Station in Dorsten an. Ich hatte mich vor längerer Zeit telefonisch nach einer Beschwerde erkundigt. Und man teilte mir mit - und das wurde auch in dieser Filiale bestätigt - dass Pakete mindestens noch einmal so gegen 17 Uhr von dieser Filiale auf die Reise gehen, sodass man noch am gleichen Abend über das Tracking von der Ankunft in Dorsten erfährt. Es ärgert mich deshalb zutiefst, dass die Versandgeschwindigkeit so übertrieben variabel ist. Consignments are carelessly slapped onto the empty trolleys that have just been provided.
