★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a no frill hotel. Breakfast is very basic. The dinner is nothing special. The rooms have single glass windows so that you cannot heat the rooms. Do not stay there in winter you will feel cold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For lunch i took a vegetarian burger, considering the fact that it was 19,- I was in high anticipation. The burger was ok from taste and structure, for my likings pretty small though. Also the pointy bag of fries was on the small side for my liking. So not really worth a detour for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is well located if you want to go to/work in the southern business area of Deventer. A bit far from the train station (10min by taxi and easily 30min on foot).
This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I consider it a good value for money: Pleasant rooms, nice common areas, a generous breakfast and a correct restaurant. Staff is nice and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel, the only (debatable) minus of which is its location. I suppose if one is traveling by car, it will be a plus in fact - it is on the outskirts of Deventer, near the main highway to Amsterdam. For those without a car, however, it's 2 km walk to the city center (or to any cafe besides the nearby McDonald's).
Nice breakfasts, a cozy restaurant, helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. It somehow combines traditional Dutch atmosphere with completely modern architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were very nice and helpful, also after my stay (needed an invoice via email). Lots of parking space, and - very important for me - rooms are quiet. Bed and room were clean, bathroom could have been cleaner though.

- Bed moving, annoying during night :(
- Even if I expressly asked my room to be cleaned, the bed sheet wasn't changed for 6 days.
- No fridge in the room, I understood from the front desk that was due to the standard type of toom
- same products as breakfast every morning, but that's understandable
+ dinner, type of bistro menu, good dishes and wine
The company's travel portal indicated that the hotel is 4*... More a 3* one... This is only a humble opinion.
