★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel lobby and meeting areas are very nice and professional. Room I was in was a single room but was actually 2 twin sized beds pushed together. I ended up falling between them in the night. Other then that the bed(s) were very comfortable and the room well appointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to review with 2 stars - I have stayed few times there and never got a proper bathroom always some stuff to get fixed (last time was the mirror or another time was the sink)
Not even possible to have an iron... They don’t know which customers got them...
They did not respond when I call the reception from the phone - is it working?
At least they speak well English and I hope you will improve after reading my review

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well located next to the highway and McDonald's. Looks great from outside. Clean looking. Great reception and warm and friendly. SUPER helpful. I give 4 stars..... we booked 2 rooms, 1 was clean and 1 was not so clean. I was a bit disappointed for the long wait for staff member to come to my room for clean up. Housekeeping loose -1star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEW review: It had been a while since we had stayed here. This will be our last stay here. :( The lobby was modern and welcoming as always. The staff was professional and friendly as always. But we were shocked at the conditions of the room. (Our second room of the night because our first room was found opened and still had housekeeping items in it even though checking in at 10pm)
It was entirely obvious the rooms are not properly cleaned. There was dirt build up behind the bathroom door. (From MONTHS) There were drink spills not wiped up on the nightstands. Copious amounts of mold in the shower stall. This experience was WELL below my expectations as a paying customer and was very disappointing based on previous experiences. (Yes I alerted the front desk)

OLD review from several years ago: Always professional staff. Very clean and exceptionally nice hotel. Great restaurant and food. Never ever had any bad experiences here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super unsatisfied, I wouldn't recommend it nor go again. We called before making a booking and asked if we could get a better price at the Front Office than the one we saw online. We were told that we could, so we showed up and still paid 70€ more. Besides for that, it's too expensive for what you get, we paid more than 350€ for three nights in a dusty and moldy room, with no mini bar or a way to keep something cool like drinks, foods or medicine. We found mold in the bathroom, an old box of cereal in our closet from past tenants and the dust on every surface was evident, especially under the bed. The hotel itself was dusty, dirty and the carpets looked like they needed some deep cleaning. No receipt given upon checkout. Bad bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spend 1 night here last week. The staff was kind enough to offer us an free upgrade to their suite which is a huge room.
The room was recently renovated and contained a nice sofa and dinner table. The dinner table came in extra handy because of the room service we ordered. Room service was of a good quality to!
