M	Maud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Echt heel onvriendelijk en onbehulpzaam. Waarom een PostNl punt hebben als je er overduidelijk geen zin in hebt? Really unfriendly and unhelpful. Why have a PostNl point if you clearly don't feel like it?
J	Jennifer Ye on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag liep ik om 17:35 naar binnen en werd door een oudere medewerkster, die net geld uit de kassa aan het tellen was en 1 snelle blik op me werpte, gelijk weggestuurd met wat gemompel op een zeer onvriendelijke toon “ja dat gaat echt niet”. Nog voordat ik kon lezen dat het postnlpunt tussen 17:30-18:00 gesloten was. Erg jammer dit. Today I walked in at 5:35 PM and was immediately sent away by an elderly employee, who was just counting money from the till and took one quick look at me, with some mumbling in a very unfriendly tone “yes that's really not possible ”. Before I could read that the postnl point was closed between 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM. Very unfortunate this.
b	bas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rampzalig waardeloos! Extra pijnlijk omdat Heerlen Centrum leegloopt en de service die hier verleend wordt draagt daar zéker aan bij. Vooral de oudere dame, ze loopt daar helaas al enige tijd rond (ook voor corona wilde je hier niet zijn) ik heb het vermoeden dat zij uit een heksenboek is ontsnapt. Ik denk dat ze de bazin/manager is, anders was ze allang eruit gevlogen! Disastrous worthless! Extra painful because Heerlen Center is emptying and the service provided here certainly contributes to this. Especially the older lady, unfortunately she has been walking around there for some time (you didn't want to be here for corona either) I suspect that she has escaped from a witch book. I think she's the boss / manager, otherwise she would have flown out long ago!
