★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dramatische service. Sta 18:01 voor de deur om een pakketje op te halen maar mevrouw weigert om nog service te verlenen na 18:00. Het motto sluitingstijd = sluitingstijd is begrijpelijk maar indien iemand nog aanwezig is enige flexibiliteit gewenst. Zeer frustrerend
Dramatic service. Stand at 6:01 for the door to pick up a package but Mrs. refuses to provide service after 6:00 pm. The motto closing time = closing time is understandable, but if someone is still present, some flexibility is required. Very frustrating

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly service. I was treated very harshly just for asking where to find the track and trace code on the receipt. I had to buy a whole roll because of a small piece of tape. And all with a grumpy expression on his face. I also work in the service industry, but if I treated my customers like this, I would soon not get any money but my resignation.
