★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waardeloos bedrijf, zegt je pakketje geleverd te hebben maar leverd niks, niet bij de buren, nergens. Vervolgens onmogelijk te bereiken want die chatbot van ze werkt niet eens. Ik zou willen dat bedrijven postnl gewoon allemaal laten vallen zodat het bedrijf in elkaar zakt.
Worthless company, says it has delivered your package but does not deliver anything, not to the neighbors, nowhere. Then impossible to reach because that chatbot of hers doesn't even work. I wish companies would just drop all postnl so that the company collapses.
