J	Johan Verhoef on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Volgens mij is dit postnl punt gesloten. Helaas geen business point meer in Maarssen/Utrecht. Wat willen ze nu eigenlijk bij Postnl? De concurrentie is enorm de afgifte mogelijkheden zijn minimaal. Zo jammer. I think this postnl point is closed. Unfortunately no more business point in Maarssen / Utrecht. What do they actually want at Postnl? The competition is huge, the delivery options are minimal. Such a pity.

K	Kirsten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slecht bereikbaar! Wij moeten uit Molenpolder komen, op de fiets of met ov bijna niet te doen. De openingstijden zijn belachelijk. Badly accessible! We have to come from Molenpolder, almost impossible to do by bicycle or with public transport. The opening times are ridiculous.

Zoek het maar uit denken ze bij post NL. Punt zelf in de hoek van een doodlopend straat. There are no more post NL parcel points in Maarssen. So pick up your package or box on Atoomweg 278. Too far away! And this address is not mentioned on the receipt. Just figure it out, they think at post NL. Point itself in the corner of a dead end street.
D	Dick van den Berg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Omdat de post ons pakket niet bij de buren wilde afgeven moest ik het vanuit Maarssen helemaal in Utrecht Lage Weide afhalen. Dit is bijna onvindbaar, nergens zie je een groot bord Post NL. Het personeel daar is vriendelijk maar waarom kan ik het niet in Maarssen ophalen en waarom kan het niet bij de buren afgegeven worden of een 2e keer bezorgd worden? De service van Post NL is vreselijk slecht, met DHL hebben wij toch betere ervaringen. Because the mail did not want to deliver our package to the neighbors, I had to pick it up from Maarssen all the way in Utrecht Lage Weide. This is almost impossible to find, nowhere do you see a large sign Post NL. The staff there are friendly but why can't I pick it up in Maarssen and why can't it be delivered to the neighbors or delivered a second time? The service of Post NL is terribly bad, with DHL we have better experiences.
p	postnl atoomweg moet weg on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grote afstand/bereikbaarheid: Dit Post.nl pakketpunt wordt (ook) gebruikt voor mensen die woonachtig zijn in Maarssen dorp (een heel stuk verderop). Het is niet goed bereikbaar vanuit Maarssen voor mensen die afhankelijk zijn van het openbaar vervoer en maakt dat je je pakketje in dat geval eigenlijk nauwelijks kan ophalen. Beperkte openingstijden: Daarbij komt dat de openingstijden zeer beperkt zijn (niet op zaterdag en door de weeks tussen 12-17). Lukt het je 1 week niet omdat je fulltime werkt dan is je pakketje teruggestuurd. Dat laatste is standaard beleid van post.nl, maar in combinatie met deze locatie echt ontzettend vervelend. Ik ben er nu meerdere keren geweest en elke keer hoorde ik iemand klagen over bovenstaande punten. Post.nl open AUB een post.nl locatie in Maarssen dorp zelf. Great distance / accessibility: This Post.nl package point is (also) used for people who live in Maarssen village (a lot further). It is not easily accessible from Maarssen for people who depend on public transport and as a result you can hardly pick up your package in that case. Limited opening hours: In addition, opening hours are very limited (not on Saturdays and during the week between 12-17). If you fail for 1 week because you work full-time, your package has been returned. The latter is standard policy of post.nl, but in combination with this location it is really annoying. M	Marloes Sinnema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Graag weer afhaallocatie in Maarssendorp, Post NL zou morgen pakketje bezorgen echter vandaag al langsgeweest en nu is pakketje naar Atoomweg gestuurd (=midden op industrieterrein), zonder bijvoorbeeld winkels oid in de buurt. Eerste keer erg moeten zoeken waar t was. Is ruim kwartier rijden met de auto. Naast tijdsverspilling, onnodige overlast ook nog zonde van het milieu voor 1 pakketje.. Verder wel prima personeel. Please pick up location in Maarssendorp again, Post NL would deliver the parcel tomorrow, but we already stopped by today and now the parcel has been sent to Atoomweg (= in the middle of an industrial estate), without shops or similar in the area. First time really had to look where it was. Is more than fifteen minutes away by car. Besides a waste of time, unnecessary inconvenience and a waste of the environment for 1 package .. Furthermore, excellent staff.
