Via deze man verkocht blousje opgestuurd; moesten nog 2 postzegels bij die kwam ik tekort. Houdt me aan de praat tijdens pin-betaling; 15 euro af laten rekenen ipv 10. Hij regelt dat het op de bus gaat, wat blijkt 4 dagen later heeft de koper niks ontvangen. Ergens anders heen gaan!!
Sent blouse sold by this man; I had to add 2 stamps, which I was short of. Keeps me talking during pin payment; Pay 15 euros instead of 10. He arranges for it to go on the bus, which turns out 4 days later the buyer has not received anything. Go somewhere else !!

Slechtste PostNL pakketpunt die er is. Dat meneer er vaak niet op tijd is conform zijn eigen openingstijden is jammer, maar valt nog te overzien. Het vervelende is dat hij structureel pakketten kwijtmaakt. Hij laat anderen voorgaan wanneer je een probleem aankaart en vraagt je om later terug te komen... Vaak zie je ook andere klagende mensen in de zaak die op zoek zijn naar hun pakketten. Ik vraag me oprecht af wat hij doet met al die pakketten die zogenaamd kwijt zijn, maar daar wel gewoon blijven liggen..
Worst PostNL parcel point out there. The fact that the gentleman is often not there on time in accordance with his own opening hours is unfortunate, but it remains to be seen. The annoying thing is that he structurally loses packages. He lets others lead the way when you raise a problem and asks you to come back later ... You often see other complaining people in the store looking for their packages. I honestly wonder what he does with all those packages that are supposedly lost, but just stay there.

Hele slechte service, mijn pakket waar op staat "fragiel" lag onderop een berg andere pakketten, en de persoon die daar werkt gooit alle andere pakketten gewoon ernaast alsof het niets is. Daarna moest ik ondertussen wachten om mijn pakket in ontvangst te nemen want ondertussen ging deze persoon simpelweg andere dingen doen..
Very bad service, my package that says "fragile" was on the bottom of a pile of other packages, and the person who works there just throws all the other packages next to it like it's nothing. After that I had to wait in the meantime to receive my package because in the meantime this person was simply doing other things..

I went there yesterday (tue) to send a package @the PostNL point - the place was closed, gate rolled down and all, no indication whatsoever why the place was closed when the info states it's open from 8-18 hrs. Lame

One star because zero is unfortunately not an option. Utterly atrocious service. I have a long list to add here, but I'll go through some lowlights. 1/ He held a tracked package of ours for weeks claiming it was not there when PostNL clearly showed it was - we visited 4 or more times to ask if it had arrived. Only after our own investigation did he 'find' it out back. 2/ At payment, he consistently rounds up costs to tip himself. 3/ He does not instil any trust that your sent package will ever reach its destination. I could go on...
