★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have sent a letter to Ireland and after 3 days the letter arrived at my own address 2 minutes away from the pakketpunt. When I went back with the letter the lady behind the counter was very rude and did not even apologize. She just told me that she cannot help me. That is not customer service. Shame on you.
