★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb nu meerdere malen een briefje in mijn brievenbus gehad met hierop de berichtgeving dat ik de volgende dag vanaf 15:00 mijn zending hier kon ophalen en helaas ook al meerdere keren meegemaakt dat de zending er dan niet was. In het ergste geval kwam deze een week later pas op deze locatie aan.
Ook heb ik inmiddels meerdere malen een bericht in mijn PostNL-app binnengekregen dat mijn zending 'opgehaald kon worden op het postkantoor', zonder enige specificatie van welk PostNL pakketpunt dit dan was.
Personeel hier is wel vriendelijk en daar is niks op aan te merken, maar ik ben helemaal klaar met die belabberde service van PostNL.
 I have now had a note in my letterbox several times with the message that I could pick up my shipment here the next day from 3:00 PM and unfortunately I also experienced several times that the shipment was not there. In the worst case, it did not arrive at this location until a week later.
I have also received several times a message in my PostNL app that my shipment could be 'picked up at the post office', without any specification of which PostNL parcel point it was.
Staff here are friendly and there is nothing to complain about, but I am completely done with that lousy service from PostNL.
