 Very bad service !!!! parcel sent to the return address instead of the addressee! and even on the second attempt after a week, the package is not justified ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent a package from this PostNL delivery point. The employee was clearly under the influence of drugs/alcohol and made the communication very difficult. My package has been sent to the right address, but to the WRONG COUNTRY. Awful experience.
