★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een bestelling gedaan en gekozen voor pakket automaat. Werkte prima de eerste keer. Maar opnieuw een bestelling gedaan en ik krijg geen email met de code. Waar moet ik nu zijn voor deze code ?
De winkel heeft die code niet. Dit is zwaar ellendig. Ik ga die automaat nooit meer gebruiken. Dan maar de bezorger bij niet thuis nogmaals laten aanbieden. Die automaat lijkt handig maar als het mis gaat is het super slecht. Hoe krijg ik nu mijn pakje? Geen info nummer oid :-(
Het zou handig zijn als ze de code ook via de post versturen. Nu moest ik er achteraan bellen.
 Made an order and opted for package machine. Worked fine the first time. But I placed an order again and I don't get an email with the code. Where should I go for this code now?
The store does not have that code. This is very miserable. I will never use that machine again. Then let the deliverer at home again not offered. That machine seems handy but if it goes wrong it is super bad. How do I get my package now? No info number or something :-(
It would be helpful if they also send the code by post. Now I had to call after it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich een prima systeem maar bij zonnig weer en de zon schijnend op het display waar je de code in moet tikken is het niet te lezen !!
In itself a great system, but in sunny weather and the sun shining on the display where you have to enter the code, it is not readable !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff need more training. Apparently to find a package that has been delivered a day ago it's not an easy task. You might need to make a few visits and start complaining to get it back. Worst of the worst.
