★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vijandig, onbeleefd, onvriendelijk behandeld door medewerker Jeroen omdat ze hebben mijn pakket verloren/gestolen. Gelogen tegen mij dat pakket is niet binnen gekomen op hun afhaallocatie terwijl klantenservice van postnl ziet in het systeem dat het door hun is ontvangen en gescanned.
Hostile, rude, unfriendly treated by employee Jeroen because they have lost / stolen my package. Lied to me that package did not arrive at their pickup location while postnl customer service sees in the system that it has been received and scanned by them.
