And they don't even pay me back my insurance against loss, they don't want to do that.
I understand that they are responsible for the package until delivery to the customer or returning my package to myself in case of non-delivery!
I am really disappointed in this company!
(The criticism here is not of Sluis' PostNL office, but of the company itself.)
