★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Belabberde service. Medewerkster denkt niet mee als je pakket afgeeft dat extra tape nodig heeft. Ipv tape even te geven zodat ik pakket alsnog kan afgeven ipv naar huis eerst 5 km terug te reizen heeft zij meteen aan dat zij niks heeft achter de balie van de supermarkt nota bene.
Lousy service. Employee does not think along with you when you deliver a package that requires extra tape. Instead of just giving tape so that I can still deliver the package instead of first having to travel back home 5 km, she immediately indicates that she has nothing behind the counter of the supermarket.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beweren dat het pakketje is teruggestuurd vanuit Belgie maar zelf niks kunnen trasseren en nalopen. Informatie van postnl klopt niet en medewerker kan niet fatsoenlijk iets uitzoeken. Nummer die doorgegeven wordt van belgie klopt niet en niet te bereiken.
Kastje naar het muur verhaal.
Claiming that the package was returned from Belgium, but could not trass and track anything myself. Information from postnl is incorrect and the employee cannot properly figure out something. Number that is passed on from Belgium is incorrect and cannot be reached.
