★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde vandaag om 17.30 uur en pakketje afgeven wat helaas niet mogelijk was omdat het postkantoor al gesloten was. Van te voren opgezocht of het wel open was en gelukkig was het volgens de website tot 18.00 uur open.
Volgens de eigenaar moet hij van Postnl om 17.00 uur sluiten. Indien dit het geval is moet Postnl wel zorg ervoor dragen dat na 14 lockdown de openingstijden netjes aangepast zijn, toch?
Helaas het mocht niet zo zijn. We zijn wel wat gewend van Postnl, denken we dan maar.
Wanted to deliver a package today at 5.30 pm which unfortunately was not possible because the post office was already closed. Checked in advance if it was open and luckily it was open until 6 pm according to the website.
According to the owner, Postnl must close it at 5 p.m. If this is the case, Postnl must ensure that the opening hours are properly adjusted after 14 lockdown, right?
Unfortunately it should not be. We are used to Postnl, we think.
