Kwam er aan was de mevrouw achter de balie zeer onvriendelijk en erg hysterisch over het feit dat ik een plek bezet hield en er te lang was. (Erg klant onvriendelijk). Er was geen klant die bij de postnl balie stond, het was leeg. Baliemedewerker gaf aan dat de heer verderop in de winkel niet uit de winkel kon terwijl er een pad achter me totaal vrij was en de heer dus ook gebruik van maakte. Kwam er een mevrouw achter me in de rij zei de cassiere dood leuk u houd nu een plek bezet en zegt ze tegen de andere dame sorry hoor ze houd uw plek bezet. De dame achter me met alle fatsoen geeft aan dat ze gewoon kan wachten. Dankte deze dame ook naderhand. Kom nooit in deze onfatsoenlijke winkel wat een stelletje idioten. Went there to send a package. Had forgotten a label and tape in a hurry that I had. When it arrived the lady behind the counter was very unfriendly and very hysterical about the fact that I occupied a place and was there too long. (Very customer unfriendly). There was no customer at the postnl desk, it was empty. Desk clerk indicated that the gentleman could not leave the shop further down the store while a path behind me was completely free and the gentleman therefore also used it. A lady came in line behind me said the cashier dead nice now you keep a place occupied and she says to the other lady sorry hear she keeps your place occupied. The lady behind me with all decency says she can just wait. Also thanked this lady afterwards. Never come into this indecent shop what a bunch of idiots.
