Met twee maten meten 25-05-20: Nooit ondervond ik bijzonderheden op dit PostNL punt tot vandaag. Ik bracht iets om te retourneren. De afmetingen en gewicht vielen binnen het maximum. Bij aankomst trok bij een jonge medewerkster het gezicht wit toen ze mij met het grote pakket zag. Kreeg ik van een oudere chefin het verzoek of ik het pakket zelf op de postkar wilde zetten? Die kar staat op zijn beurt in een kast. Door de wielen kreeg ik het pakket er niet in (hoogteverschil). Ik voelde me voor aap gezet. De chefin zei uiteindelijk dat het pakket voor deze ene keer buiten de kast mocht staan. Dagen eerder bracht ik pakketten langs die gewoon aangepakt werden. Het is achteraf gezien beslist geen corona-maatregel geweest(!) Update 05-08-21: Rond 18.30 u kwam ik een klein pakketje afgeven toen dezelfde chefin wegliep achter de postbalie om elders kassa te draaien. Ondanks dat het postkantoor tot 21.00 u open is, riep ze me toe dat zij gesloten zijn... Niet veel later stond ik bij een reguliere kassa in de rij. Ik zag een klant staan bij de bloemen en planten. Nadat de chefin de klant vroeg naar de bestelling, sloot ze acuut de kassa af en liep naar de bloemen en planten om te bedienen. Bij de kassa die ze achterliet stonden nog mensen te wachten. In de tussentijd kwam een koerier een volle postkar ophalen. Daar had mijn pakketje nog makkelijk bij gekund. Niet te geloven...

Measure with two measures 25-05-20: I never experienced specifics on this PostNL point until today. I brought something to return. The dimensions and weight were within the maximum. Upon arrival, a young employee turned white when she saw me with the large package. Did I receive a request from an older chef if I wanted to put the package on the mail cart myself? That cart is in turn in a closet. Because of the wheels I couldn't get the package in (height difference). I felt like a monkey. The chef finally said that the package could be left out of the closet for this once. Days earlier I brought packages that were simply handled. In retrospect, it was definitely not a corona measure (!) Update 05-08-21: Around 6.30 pm I dropped off a small package when the same chef ran away from the post desk to turn the cash register elsewhere. Despite the fact that the post office is open until 9 pm, she yelled at me that they are closed... Not much later I was standing in line at a regular cash register. I saw a customer standing by the flowers and plants. After the chef asked the customer about the order, she immediately closed the register and went to the flowers and plants to serve. There were still people waiting at the cash register she left behind. In the meantime, a courier came to pick up a full mail cart. My package could have easily reached that. Unbelieveable...
