★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought the earrings for a present in gold color and after realizing that the silver is a preferred color, we wanted to exchange them for a silver which became impossible due to “hygienic reasons” apparently. The package was still originally wrapped as a present and never unopened which was obvious. We find the customer service disappointing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a nice bracelet In this store in November. In January it was broken. Not even from putting it on , but just waking up in the morning it was broken in bed. Find it a bummer. I was informed I cannot get a new bracelet, only if it’s in the store I can buy it again. Find it even more bummer. But it was a nice bracelet :)
