An unsociable, empty atmosphere on the street and the inhabitants are often visibly armed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Altijd rotweer. Als er dan eens zon is komen de pz-muggen tevoorschijn. Nooit windstil.
Plaatselijke bevolking is erg agressief en spreekt alleen gebrekkig engels.
Always bad weather. When there is some sun, the pz-mosquitoes appear. Never windless.
Locals are very aggressive and only speak poor English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vet interessante plaats, namelijk een niet-bestaand dorp! Dit is door militairen gebouwd om te oefenen. Doodeng, want het is dus echt een verlaten dorp.... inclusief haastig verlaten treinstation.
Helaas is Marnehuizen tegenwoordig continu bewaakt door de ME en kom je er niet meer in. Er waren teveel vernielingen gemaakt door jongelui uit de omliggende gehuchten.
Very interesting place, namely a non-existent village! This was built by military personnel for practice. Scary, because it really is an abandoned village.... including hastily abandoned train station.
Unfortunately, Marnehuizen is now continuously guarded by the riot police and you can no longer get in. Too much destruction had been done by youngsters from the surrounding hamlets.
