 Once a month or 5 weeks I do not go for my maintenance of my Multiple Scleroses, Arjan does a good foot reflex while I get my tuneup (I call it) on the multiwave machine, I believe that I do this together with my yoga and acupuncture and swimming can still keep my ms pretty stable!
