In een aantal sessies daarna hebben specifiek gekeken naar mijn houding tijdens het staan, lopen en zitten. Hiervoor heb ik een aantal specifieke oefeningen waardoor ik geen klachten meer ervaar. Wat ik erg prettig vind aan de manier van werken is dat Thea eerst goed analyseert. Ze geeft uitleg over wat er in je lichaam aan de hand is en leert je daarna oefeningen waarmee je klachten kan verhelpen en in de toekomst voorkomt. Ze heeft veel kennis en de online e-health methode die wordt gebruikt is ook erg handig. I came to Thea with acute back pain. First I was given exercises that relieved the back pain. In a number of sessions afterwards, I looked specifically at my posture while standing, walking and sitting. For this I have a number of specific exercises so that I no longer experience complaints. What I really like about the way of working is that Thea analyzes well first. She explains what is going on in your body and then teaches you exercises with which you can remedy complaints and prevent them in the future. She has a lot of knowledge and the online e-health method that is used is also very useful.
