Deze praktijk is niet eens 1 ster waard. 1) Je kunt enkel op de dag zelf bellen voor het maken van een afspraak. Standaard kom je binnen op een wachttijd van 35 minuten. Als de aanhouder aan de lijn blijft en het nog maar 1 minuut duurt eer je aan de beurt bent word je prompt van de lijn gegooid. Na 3 maal proberen steeds hetzelfde. Bereikbaarheid is 0. 2) De huisartsen zijn onaardig. Als je niet naar zieke mensen wil luisteren had dit beroep dan niet gekozen. 3) Daarnaast zijn de assistenten ongemotiveerd en ronduit onbeschoft. KIES EEN ANDERE PRAKTIJK !!!
This practice is not even worth 1 star. 1) You can only call on the day itself to make an appointment. By default, you enter a waiting time of 35 minutes. If the persistent person remains on the line and it is only 1 minute before it is your turn, you will be promptly thrown off the line. Still the same after 3 tries. Accessibility is 0. 2) The GPs are unkind. If you don't want to listen to sick people, you wouldn't have chosen this profession. 3) In addition, the assistants are unmotivated and downright rude. CHOOSE ANOTHER PRACTICE !!!

Dinsdag, 11-01-2022, heb ik een telefoongesprek gehad met doktersassistente S. Akyol waarvan ik nog steeds niet ben bijgekomen. Deze mevrouw voldoet totaal niet aan de eisen en competenties die worden verwacht van een doktersassistente. Jammer dat S. Akyol is aangenomen! Lieve mensen, patiënten verdienen geen S. Akyol die ongeduldig, onbeschoft, onbegripvol, onbekwaam, onbehulpzaam en onverantwoordelijk is. Niet stressbestendig is en totaal geen inlevingsvermogen heeft! Dus totaal ongeschikt is voor de functie die zij heeft! Ik ben na mijn gesprek zieker geworden dan ik voorheen al was. Dit neem ik S. Akyol kwalijk en de manager die S. Akyol heeft aangenomen en geen functioneringsgesprek met S. Akyol aangaat! Dus lieve mensen, pik dit niet! Neem alstublieft de moeite om een review te schrijven, een klachtformulier in te vullen en daarna uit te schrijven met reden en uitleg waarom! Misschien dat er dan iets gaat veranderen! Samen zijn we sterk!
Tuesday, 11-01-2022, I had a telephone conversation with doctor's assistant S. Akyol from which I still have not recovered. This lady does not meet the requirements and competences expected of a doctor's assistant at all. Too bad S. Akyol was hired! Dear people, patients do not deserve S. Akyol who is impatient, rude, incomprehensible, incompetent, unhelpful and irresponsible. Is not stress resistant and has no empathy at all! So totally unsuitable for the position it holds! After my conversation I became sicker than I was before. I blame S. Akyol and the manager who hired S. Akyol and does not engage in performance appraisal with S. Akyol! So dear people, don't take this! Please take the trouble to write a review, fill out a complaint form and then unsubscribe with a reason and an explanation why! Maybe then something will change! Together we are strong!

Every time I call to make an appointment and tell them the reason why, they always think they know the solution to the problem and then want to say " if it gets worse to come in at walk in hours between 8am en 8:30 am" Like you said we can make appointment from 8 to 10:30am but yet i have to come in without an appointment?? Where there is alot of people waiting too? I just think they dont like their jobs.

Spend 1,5h waiting even though I had an appointment. I talked to the nurses and reception a few times and they told me to keep waiting. Eventually it got canceledc because the other appointments of the doctor were running out. Then they told me it's normal that he runs late like that.. last time I go to this clinic, I'll find a new one.

My doctor is dr van der pass. She is never there and when I do see her it's like am a burden for her. She doesn't take her time to really find out what's wrong with u. I have seen about 5 different "inval artsen". They have done more for me then her. I cant wait to leave that place ! Never has been happy there and never will be!

I still visit this doctor because I live within a walking distance but as soon as I can leave, I will. Although the support staff, nurses(?) and general assistants are helpful most of the time, I have to say my experience with doctors, especially compared to my colleagues and friends doctors, is abysmal. I had polyps on my vocal cord and it took me 3 months to finally get seen for it and getting a basic ointment for an eczema rash would take 2 or 3 visits. Being an expat I am not sure if this is just Dutch protocol but it seems like you have to be literally in pieces before anyone tries to fix you. Every time I go in, I leave angered, frustrated and tired and that's not what a house doctor is supposed to do.

To make an appointment is impossible and not just now with corona The doctors they barely treat you, they try to Guess what s wrong and hardly they send you to a specialist although I pay!!! Due Dutch sistem is very hard to change doctor otherwise I would have changed it 5 years ago at least.

if I could, I would have given more, a big 5+ for approaching the patient, for caring. Having lived here for so many years, I found a clinic in which the patient is very important. nice contact by phone and live. I recommend it with all my heart
