★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik ben zowel tijdens als na mijn zwangerschap hier onder behandeling geweest en ben er heel erg tevreden over. Iedereen is heel aardig en ze hebben mij in de zwangerschap kunnen helpen mijn rugklachten te verminderen. Ook geven ze duidelijke uitleg. De enige reden dat ik overweeg toch over te stappen naar een andere fysiotherapeut is omdat de wachttijden ontzettend lang zijn. 6 weken na mijn bevalling heb ik gebeld voor een afspraak en daarna heb ik helaas 6 weken moeten wachten voordat ik terecht kon. Wegens autopech was ik te laat voor mijn tweede afspraak, ik kon ze helaas niet telefonisch bereiken of het nog zin had om langs te komen, dus ben toch maar er heen gereden met een leenauto. Eenmaal aangekomen moest ik helaas weer terug naar huis en kon ik pas over vier weken weer mijn tweede afspraak hebben. Dus al met al zou ik 5 sterren geven, echter toch 3 vanwege lange wachttijd en omdat de telefonische bereikbaarheid niet zo goed is. Daarnaast zou ik nog gebeld worden om een afspraak te maken voor fysiotherapie voor mijn rug, maar ik ben helaas niet meer teruggebeld.
I have been treated here both during and after my pregnancy and I am very satisfied with it. Everyone is very nice and they have been able to help me reduce my back pain during pregnancy. They also provide clear explanations. The only reason I am considering switching to another physiotherapist is because the waiting times are extremely long. 6 weeks after my delivery I called for an appointment and then unfortunately I had to wait 6 weeks before I could go. Due to car trouble I was too late for my second appointment, unfortunately I couldn't reach them by phone if it still made sense to come by, so I drove there with a loan car. Once I arrived I unfortunately had to go back home and I couldn't have my second appointment for another four weeks. So all in all I would give 5 stars, but 3 because of the long waiting time and because the telephone accessibility is not so good. In addition, I would be called to make an appointment for physiotherapy for my back, but unfortunately I was not called back.
