 You will be listened to very carefully and a practical, positive solution/approach will be sought. You can then apply many of these in practice yourself. The combination with exercise does not make it too heavy and ensures that you always go home with a good feeling.

en daarna 45 minuten boksen of waar men voor kiest vond ik heel fijn
dit heeft mij weer een heel eind in de goede richting gezet
