★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dreadful customer service on the shop floor. I asked an 'assistant' for a sheet of wood to be cut. He pointed me to 2 other guys chatting with each other and was told one of them would help. When I asked them, they argued with each other who had to cut the wood (neither wanted to). Very unprofessional. When I got the wood home I saw that it was warped - and hadn't been cut square. On another occasion I couldn't find any tile adhesive. When I asked for directions I was told "if you can't find it, we haven't got it." What sort of service is that? They're full of smiles when they take your money at the till though. I can't believe they act like this when there are other DIY shops literally next door! Aside from the terrible customer service, the shop is reasonably well stocked - as long as you can find it!
Edited 26 Oct Updated review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Wanted to add that they now deliver free which is really handy - and the delivery guy is about the happiest guy you could meet!
