★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Artikel besteld, bij thuiskomst ontbrak een onderdeel. Terug gereden en helaas het verkeerde onderdeel meegegeven. Na telefonisch contact keurig opgelost door de bedrijfsleider door het onderdeel kosteloos op te sturen naar me. Klasse!
 Ordered item, when it arrived a part was missing. Drove back and unfortunately given the wrong part. After telephone contact, neatly solved by the manager by sending the part to me free of charge. Class!

Very good and correct help. No question is too much and the staff takes the time for you. You really feel like a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We kunnen weer kort shoppen. Max 15 minuten en niet meer dan 2 personen in de winkel. Maar ik heb mijn gasfles dus we kunnen weer bbq-en.
We can shop again briefly. Max 15 minutes and no more than 2 people in the shop. But I have my gas bottle so we can BBQ again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keurig geholpen door grijze meneer die wat moeilijk liep. Goed meegedacht, eerlijk en realistisch advies en ook nog eens ontzettend vriendelijk.
Neatly helped by a gray gentleman who walked with difficulty. Well thought out, honest and realistic advice and also very friendly.
