 Great help from the employee but the lady behind the service desk was quite surly and did not come across as really customer-friendly

β β β β β Vriendelijk personeel, helaas bleek de kluit van de kerstboom bij het planten rot en brak af. Hopelijk haalt hij het tot de kerst. Te lui om terug te gaan....
Friendly staff, unfortunately the root ball of the Christmas tree turned out to be rotten and broke when planting. Hopefully he'll make it to Christmas. Too lazy to go back....

β β β β β De service in deze vestiging is slecht. Personeel heeft geen verstand van de producten en kan geen goed advies geven. Daarnaast een product gekocht waarbij enkele onderdelen in de productie scheef zijn gezaagd en geboord en daardoor niet bruikbaar. Als reactie aan de telefoon kreeg ik te horen dat ik waarschijnlijk iets over het hoofd heb gezien. Ik moet maar naar een vestiging in de buurt en 'succes'. Kortom, niet verder geholpen.
The service in this branch is bad. Staff do not understand the products and cannot give good advice. In addition, bought a product in which some parts were sawn and drilled crookedly in production and therefore cannot be used. In response to the phone, I was told that I must have overlooked something. I just have to go to a branch nearby and 'good luck'. In short, no further help.

β β β β β Ontzettende slechte service, meeste van het personeel weet niks en doet geen enkele moeite je goed te helpen. Vaker last van gehad maar vandaag weer zo slecht. Korting stond er niet duidelijk op en na eerst verteld te worden de app te moeten downloaden voor de korting bleek het later toch airmiles te moeten. Aangegeven dat dit er niet duidelijk opstond, maar ho maar geen excuus geen korting. Hoorde op weg naar buiten van andere personeels lid zeggen dat ze me de korting wel mocht geven en ging ijverig de prijzen staan veranderen. Dus ik kom terug maar nog onvriendelijk doen en zeggen dat het wel duidelijk stond. Vroeg om de bon terwijl ik net betaald had, die had ze me niet gegeven want ik had hem niet. Dus ging ze maar een andere klant helpen, terwijl mijn kind stond te huilen omdat het zo lang duurde ondertussen. Ik ben boos weggelopen. Zonder korting dus. Het is het niet waard maar ik ga daar nooit meer heen. Praxis huissen je moet je schamen voor je personeel.
Very bad service, most of the staff don't know anything and don't make any effort to help you well. I've had this before, but today it's so bad. Discount was not clear and after first being told to download the app for the discount, it later turned out to be air miles. Indicated that this was not clearly stated, but ho but no excuse no discount. On the way out, overheard another staff member say she could give me the discount and went about diligently changing the prices. So I'll come back but still be unfriendly and say it was clear. Asked for the receipt when I had just paid, she didn't give it to me because I didn't have it. So she went to help another customer while my child was crying because it took so long. I ran away angry. So without a discount. It's not worth it but I'll never go there again. Praxis houses you should be ashamed of your staff.
