★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 philips Hue lights ordered and picked them up a day later. At home I noticed both boxes were already opened and not properly returned back into the boxes. Wonder if they were already used? But hey, due to covid I can't ask anyone, and cant go back as it was a 30mins drive....disliked it, sorry

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop with huge collection of DIY stuff... Staff is also very helpful. You can do stuff like cutting wooden plank and lot of things in the store itself with help from staff there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an online order selecting a date and time for collection, but when I received the order confirmation email, the time was later than requested.
As I was passing the shop at the time I had originally selected I went inside and asked if I could collect my purchase there and then.
The customer support staff were very accommodating and helpful, and collected my order straight away. This was a very good customer experience.
