β β β β β 7 jaar gewerkt (bij destijds Formido) maar de kwaliteit van klantenservice is in de afgelopen paar jaar drastisch veranderd.
'Geholpen' door een zeer onvriendelijke vrouw. Pinpas vergeten, contant geld nemen ze niet aan ivm corona, dus helaas ik kon weer naar huis toe.
Een aangezien het al 5 voor 6 was werd ik er wel even duidelijk op gewezen dat ze NU gingen sluiten.
Voorheen kreeg je het mee als je het de dag erna kwam ophalen, dat was ABSOLUUT geen optie. (al met al niet heel vriendelijk behandeld, maar geen keus: mijn verf is al gemengd dus ik zal het evengoed ophalen MET pinpas deze keer).
Worked for 7 years (at the time at Formido) but the quality of customer service has changed drastically in the last few years.
'Helped' by a very unfriendly woman. Forgotten debit card, they do not accept cash due to corona, so unfortunately I could go home again.
And since it was already 5 to 6, I was clearly pointed out that they were closing NOW.
Previously you got it when you picked it up the next day, that was ABSOLUTELY not an option. (all in all not very kindly treated, but no choice: my paint is already mixed so I will still pick it up WITH debit card this time).

β β β β β Personeel is prima behulpzaam en houden zich voor zover wij gezien hebben zich aan de corona beleid van mondkapjes. De winkel indeling is hetzelfde als andere Praxissen en is wat krapjes kwa ruimte. Ruime assortimentkeuze. Het Urker volk wat binnen komt hebben mailing aan de corona regels. Je bent een uitzondering als je een mondkapje op hebt.
Staff is very helpful and adhere to the corona policy of mouth caps as far as we have seen. The store layout is the same as other Praxissen and is a bit tight in terms of space. Wide range choice. The Urk people who come in have mailing to the corona rules. You are an exception if you have a mouth cap on.
