★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange experience. The shop looks shabby and not wel organized, but the assortment is huge. I hardly ever come here, as it is quite a long distance to get there, but once in a while it is the only shop in or around Utrecht with the tool I'm looking for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice Praxis but, as use to happens, they are out of stock really quick of materials. They don't have anything for garden further for some plants in the entrance. The staff is really kind and helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With a Praxis Megastore (and a major conpatior) nearby it may be a small wonder this smaller store survives. It's located near, but not on, the furniture boulevard that also houses Ikea - that boulevard does have a competitor onsite (even smaller store).
It's probably the closest building store relative to the center of Utrecht. I buy long thin items here regularly (bike transportable).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice store with a good selection of things, but when I asked for help the guy at the service desk told me to wait and he would get someone to come and help me. After 20 minutes, nobody came and I left the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my go to hardware store, it's centrally located and you can reach it by bike easily from town, there's also a large parking available for if I come by car. There's a good assortment, though it's sometimes hard to find stuff. The one thing that could really be improved upon is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They tend to not be particularly helpful if you ask then anything from advice to where things are located. The register personal on the other hand is usually friendly.
