★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je hier verf gaat kopen, vraag maar gerust of ze er een zak omheen doen of de emmer dicht tapen. Ze vinden het namelijk vrij normaal dat een emmer gaat lekken in een auto zonder dat de emmer omgevallen is. Als je dan gelijk weer terug gaat is de klantvriendelijkheid ver te zoeken, en is een emmertje water zelfs teveel gevraagd.
 If you're going to buy paint here, feel free to ask them to put a bag around it or tape the bucket shut. They find it quite normal for a bucket to leak in a car without the bucket falling over. If you then go right back, customer-friendliness is hard to find, and a bucket of water is even too much to ask.

Ik vind dit bijzonder klantvriendelijk!
I had a warped panel of wood, but no more receipt. I could still mention the purchase date. The effort was made to look up the purchase in the system. I got a new panel with it.
I find this particularly customer-friendly!
