The staff in the shop were friendly and helpful. There was ample parking. We had to pick up goods at the depot but the guy there wasn't very helpful. He stood and watched while we loaded the van and didn't even try to help.

This megastore with outdoor/garden center attached is rightfully a megastore. They have a lot of products in a lot of categories. Generally the store employees are friendly and helpful. This store has a lot of (free of charge) parking space.

Simple shop if you're going to do some renovating or fixing around the house. The people that work there are quite helpful and the shop is easy to navigate through.

I was waiting for servos to cut wood I wanted to buy more then 40 minutes… employee was ignoring me all this time and I as helping every new client that comes between us!

Huge shop .. lotsa choises..almost like one stop shopping ... cashier at the tuin area was very friendly ?

Shockingly appalling service. Ordered materials for my business and picked a location that the website showed had them available. Got a call at the end of the day to let me know a refund was being processed because the website was incorrect. No alternatives. No estimates of when items would be back in stock. No semblance of wanting to go solve the problem. Luckily no shortage of good hardware suppliers in the region.

Long story ahead, please like when you have had a similar experience. I usually have a good experience in any of the big craft stores but this time Praxis really showed they have a few problems. A poor web buying experience plus a lousy pickup experience and a terrible complaint handling experience all together with a single purchase. The stock availability check (automatically online and by sending a confirmation the order is ready to be picked up without any notifications) proved to be useless. During collection of my order I was handed the wrong product without a word. The store worker was not aware but very nervous from the moment I explained. I had to be persistent in not accepting this alternative which was a product not to be found on their website and felt inferior from the brand I had ordered. The cancellation of the order took ages while waiting in the cold (thanks to covid rules and our lovely winter weather). To speed things up I considered to accept the offered product and asked there was no price difference. Reply: it is more expensive normally. Then it took ages again to get my new invoice. Note, it showed a higher price plus discount to me. Arrived home and started to research the product. Conclusion inferior product valued at less than half the paid price. Next follows the lousy customer support and poor complaint handling experience. Phone lines are too busy, unable to reach a representative and the online complaint form where I demanded to talk with somebody took 5 days to get a written response that I should contact the store. Back at the store I handed the product back and collected my money. The representative could not explain anything, did not even apologize, had no access to any of the history, just looked at the receipt and asked whether I wanted my money back. I hope this whole experience is not a standard practice.
