Praxis zei eerst meteen storm schade en dat ik bij de verzekering moest zijn echter na wat overtuiging toch met Dekker (elephant schuttingen) contact opgenomen. Dekker zegt achter hun product te staan maar schuiven het af op storm schade, en komen met geen enige vorm van coulance of garantie. Dit vind ik onacceptabel aangezien er schuttingen die veel minder kosten gewoon recht opstaan en heb ik nooit een schutting zien afbreken compleet. Op de website staat zelfs “splinter vrij” maar heel me tuin lag vol met splinters en stukjes paal en hout, echt wat een slecht product. Prijzen zijn premium van elephant schuttingen maar service is tot de deur. Let dus goed op wat je koopt want enige vorm van coulance of service zit er niet in. Please note, these pictures are of a fence that is less than a year old! This absolutely shouldn't happen and yet it happens. Praxis immediately said storm damage and that I had to be at the insurance, but after some conviction I contacted Dekker (elephant fences). Dekker says they stand behind their product, but blame it on storm damage, and do not come with any kind of leniency or guarantee. I find this unacceptable as there are fences that cost much less straight up and I have never seen a fence broken down completely. The website even says “splinter free”, but my entire garden was full of splinters and pieces of post and wood, really what a bad product. Prices are premium from elephant fences but service is up to the door. So pay attention to what you buy because there is no form of leniency or service.

I would say the prices are a little bit higher that most of the similar webshops but they always have some discounts.
