★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anderhalf jaar geleden heeft Premium de lift in ons appartementencomplex gereviseerd. Sindsdien niets dan ellende!! Elke week wel een keer storing en deze week al 4 maal! Premium krijgt het probleem niet opgelost. Monteurs komen en repareren, volgende dag weer storing! Dit gaat al anderhalf jaar zo!
In ons complex zijn de meeste mensen afhankelijk van de lift, we zitten keer op keer opgesloten, geen andere mogelijkheid om naar buiten te gaan.
Een structurele oplossing is in anderhalf jaar nog steeds niet gevonden! Totaal geen vertrouwen in dit bedrijf!!!
A year and a half ago, Premium overhauled the elevator in our apartment complex. Nothing but misery since then!! Every week a malfunction and this week already 4 times! Premium does not get the problem solved. Mechanics come and repair, the next day malfunction again! This has been going on for a year and a half!
In our complex most people depend on the elevator, we are locked up time and time again, no other option to go outside.
A structural solution has still not been found in a year and a half! Absolutely no trust in this company!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als ze niet kunnen maken, plakken ze snel een sticker " lift is in onderhoud". Ook al woon jij op 10 etage boeit hun niet.
Zelfs in een 50+ complex, niks word geregeld voor de bewoners, wat andere lift bedrijven wel doen is zo een medewerker inhuren die de bewoners helpt die het nodig hebben met hun bpodschappen eventueel de hond uitlaten ect.
Maar loka kent dat niet.
If they cannot make it, they quickly affix a sticker "lift is under maintenance". Even if you live on 10 floors they do not care.
Even in a 50+ complex, nothing is arranged for the residents, what other lift companies do is hire an employee who helps the residents who need it with their belongings, if necessary, walk the dog ect.
But loka doesn't know that.
