β β β β β I have been there thrice already for repairs. They charged Eur 25 for the gear chain and one day after repair the same chain broke and charged me another Eur 20. I complained that the gears were still making noise so they said there was some other issue. Its fine to charge money but at least the issue must be resolved. Would not recommend for repairs

β β β β β The bike I received is an excellent product: Transportfiets, Hollandia, Colorful 53, N3. However -- the service from Premuimbikes.nl was POOR.
VERY POOR SERVICE.
I could not get any information regarding delivery, and it was simply luck that I was home when it arrived... 18 days later.
I have yet to receive a single reply to any "customer service" contacts. I emailed 3x -- and no reply.
I have no way to confirm a serial number as I do not find one on the bike frame -- therefor I have yet to register it, and have no recourse for insurance, etc., until I can provide a serial number.
I will never purchase from this website again, as it appears premiumbikes.nl is merely a "middle man" between the buyer and Hollandia. I should have used the fietswinkel.nl site as they are prompt in answering any and all questions.
PREMIUMBIKES.NL IS IN BUSINESS FOR THE MONEY -- NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

β β β β β The worst experience I have ever had from customer service. Bought online, mechanical problems from day one. The problem was the after service: weeks of delay, refusals to fix and would not accept guarantee. I ended up selling the bike for parts.

I donβt want to write everything, but one episode Iβd like to highlight. The guy told me if he canβt fix it - I must pay 50 eur anyway. Sad.
