Aangezien ik niet uit de regio kom, maar wist van de funderingsproblemen in de regio, geen makkelijke stap. Via google bij PREMIUMKEUR en Fred uitgekomen. Na telefonisch contact overtuigd van zijn passie voor het vak en oprechte intentie qua keuren, besloten te wachten met de keuring tot Fred deze kon uitvoeren. Kort gezegd: geen seconde spijt van gehad! Onkundig qua funderingsellende en verliefd op het huis, was ik als koper blind voor de échte gebreken. Tijdens een uitgebreide en grondige keuring, inclusief laser meting, heeft Fred mij behoed voor een financiële misser. De funderingsmeting legde een flinke verzakking bloot. Binnen en op het dak bleek Fred's uitgebreide bouwkundige ervaring: van een lekkende schoorsteen en onkundig gerepareerde goten tot een onkundig gebouwde badkamer waardoor de verdiepingsvloer doorzakte: hij maakte puntsgewijs duidelijk waarom ik dit huis beter niet kon kopen. Teleurgesteld? Wel even, want toch verliefd op het huis. Maar direct vooral opgelucht dat ik een kundig en betrouwbaar advies had gekregen. Ik vind Fred absoluut een aanrader. Hij is direct en eerlijk en ik zou geen andere keurder willen inschakelen. I was looking for a reliable inspector for a home in Wormerveer. Since I do not come from the region, but knew about the foundation problems in the region, not an easy step. Arrived via google at PREMIUMKEUR and Fred. Disappointed? A moment, because still in love with the house. But most of all relieved that I had received expert and reliable advice. I definitely recommend Fred. He is direct and honest and I would not want to use another inspector.

Wij hadden een klein beetje haast omdat we graag wilden dat de keuring gedaan werd voor de bedenktijd van het koopcontract voorbij was. Dit was geen enkel probleem, Fred had de volgende dag al tijd. Wat wij erg prettig vonden is dat Fred eerst zelf een rondje doet en alles goed bekijkt en inspecteert. Hierna nam hij ons mee voor, achter en door het huis en wees hij alle dingen die hij had gezien aan. Het rapport ontvingen we een kleine week later, maar zo wisten we eigenlijk al volledig wat ons stond te wachten. Het bouwkundig rapport is erg duidelijk. Voor ons is het heel duidelijk wat we moeten doen, wie we hiervoor moeten inhuren en hoeveel dat ongeveer gaat kosten. Al met al helemaal super! De woning had last van betonrot. Door het technische rapport van Fred wisten wij precies wat er gerepareerd moest worden. Daar wij financieel niet uit kwamen met de huidige eigenaar en de investering te hoog vonden, hebben wij het koopcontract ontbonden. De samenwerking met Fred was zeer prettig verlopen en daarom besloten wij hem weer in te schakelen voor onze tweede woning in Zaandam. De woning werd door Fred als zeer goed beoordeeld. De woning hebben wij intussen gekocht. Door het technische rapport weten wij precies wat wij moeten herstellen in de komende jaren. We zijn heel erg blij met ons nieuw huisje. He told us when he can find a time, but also he asked about the house (when it was built and what the roof is made of etc.) and so he said honestly we do not need to spend money on an inspection because in that house it will all be fine. He also mentioned a few areas that we can check ourselves for possible problems and told me about the costs of fixing that. Altogether Fred's free advice saves us 200-300 euros which is a lot when you need to buy everything for your new household!
